Privacy Policy for GovieRates Application

This Privacy Policy describes how The WII Group LLC (“WII”, “we”, or “us”) collects, uses, shares, and protects personal information when you interact with the GovieRates software program (the “Application” or “App”).


1. SCOPE OF PRIVACY POLICY. This Privacy Policy applies to WII and the Application provided by WII. It does not apply to other companies' or organizations' sites to which we link or to companies that WII does not own or control. Please review the privacy policies on those websites and Application directly to understand their privacy practices. 


2. INFORMATION WII GROUP LLC COLLECTS 


Depending on the nature of your interaction WII, we may collect personal information as follows:


Directly From You. When you provide information to us or interact with us:


o Contact information and any other information you choose to include when you communicate with us, such as your name, email, and telephone number. 


o Account information, such as your name, NAICS code, email address, and physical address. 


o Financial information, such as information on your income and assets. 


o Transactional information, including payment information and payment history if you make a payment through the Application. 


o Survey information in response to questions we may send you through the Application, including for feedback and research purposes. 


Some of this information may be collected by external parties on our behalf. For example, we use a payment processor when you engage in a transaction on the Application; WII does not itself collect or store payment card information.

Automatically From You. When you interact with the Application, certain information about your use of the Application is automatically collected. This includes:


o Usage Details about your interaction with our Application (such as the date, time, and length of visits, and specific pages or content accessed during the visits, search terms, frequency of the visits, referring website addresses);

o Device Information including the IP address and other details of a device that you use to connect with our Application (such as device type and unique device identifier, operating system, browser type, mobile network information, and the device's telephone number); 

o Location information where you choose to provide the website with access to information about your device’s location;


Much of this information is collected through cookies, which may be operated by our partners who assist us in collect information about usage of the Application. For example, we use Google Analytics to collect usage details. We also use Google Ads and Facebook Pixel to customize our advertising and to serve you ads based on your browsing behavior. These partners use cookies to serve you ads based on your prior visits to our Application and other websites on the internet. These cookies allow your behavior to be tracked after you have been redirected to our Application by clicking on an ad.

Please note we may use other cookie set by other third-party services. 3. HOW WII GROUP LLC USES INFORMATION


Communications with You. WII may use the information we collect to respond to your requests, questions, and comments, provide customer support, send you email updates and other communications, and offer products or services we feel may be of interest to you. 


Administration and Customization. WII may use the information we collect about you for a variety of company administration and Application customization purposes. For example, we use your information to process your registration request, provide you with Application, customize features and advertising that appear on the Application, deliver the Application content to you, measure Application traffic, measure user interests and traffic patterns, and improve the Application and the Application and features offered via the Application.


Legal Requirements. WII may use the information we collect about you to comply with legal requirements and industry standards, detect, investigate, and prevent activities that may violate our policies or be fraudulent or illegal, and protect the rights of WII, you, or others.


Usage of Non-Identifying Information. We may use and share information in an aggregated or de-identified manner data at our discretion, including for research, analysis, modeling, marketing, and improvement of the Application. 


4. HOW WII GROUP LLC SHARES INFORMATION 


Sharing with Service Providers. We may share your information with our service providers that perform business functions on our behalf for the purpose of the of delivering the Application to you as well as for purposes related to Application administration and operation. These services providers include payment processor, billing and collection, IT services, maintenance and hosting of the Application, accounting, auditing, tax services, and other professional services. 


Security and Compliance with the Law. We reserve the right to disclose your personal information to appropriate third parties if we are required to do so by law or we believe that such action is necessary. This includes, but is not limited to, (a) to comply with applicable law or legal process such as a search warrant, subpoena or court order; (b) to protect the WII's rights and property; (c) to investigate reports of users sending material using a false email address or users sending harassing, threatening, or abusive messages; (d) to protect against misuse or unauthorized use of the Application; or (e) to respond to emergencies, such as when we believe someone's physical safety is at risk.


Sharing with Your Consent. We may disclose your personal information for any other purpose with your consent.


Transfer of Business. We reserve the right to transfer to another entity or its affiliates or service providers some or all information about you in connection with, or during negotiations of, any merger, acquisition, sale of assets or any line of business, change in ownership control, or financing transaction. We cannot promise that an acquiring party or the merged entity will have the same privacy practices or treat your information the same as described in this Privacy Policy.


5. HOW WE PROTECT AND STORE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION. WII implements reasonable security measures to protect personal information we collect through the Application. While we use these precautions to safeguard your information, we cannot guarantee the security of the networks, systems, servers, devices, and databases we operate or that are operated on our behalf. If you use our Application outside of the United States, you understand that we may collect, process, and store your personal information in the United States and other countries.


6. YOUR CONTROL OVER YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION


Update Account Information. Please visit your subscription page to update your personal information and payment method. 


Opt-Out of Email Communications. If at any time you no longer wish to receive marketing communications from us, you can click the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any email. 


Blocking or Deleting Cookies. You can manually delete cookies which are normally located in your temporary internet folder or cookie folder. You can also reset the preferences in your web browser to notify you when you have received a cookie or, alternatively, to refuse to accept cookies. Deleting or blocking cookies may impact your ability to make online purchases on the Application and to use and access portions of the Application that require logging in with a username and password. 


Prevent Interest-Based Advertising. You may be able to prevent third parties from using your information for interest-based advertisements across the internet by visiting http://www.networkadvertising.org or http://www.aboutads.info. Please note this does not opt you out of being served ads, nor will it prevent the receipt of interest- based advertising from other companies that do not participate in these programs. 7. POLICY REGARDING CHILDREN WII does not provide Application or products intended for use by children under the age of eighteen (18) years old. WII does not knowingly collect information from children under the age of eighteen (18) and if we learn we have inadvertently collected information from children under the age of eighteen (18), we will delete that information. 


8. CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY We will occasionally update this Privacy Policy in response to changing business circumstances and legal developments. The “Last Updated” date at the top of this page indicates when this Privacy Policy was last revised. If there are material changes to this Privacy Policy or in how we use your personal information, we will also notify you in other ways. We encourage you to periodically review this Privacy Policy to be informed of how we are collecting and using your information.
